Finally, Devconnect has arrived in Latin America, more specifically in the beautiful city of Buenos Aires, with a special edition that is mobilizing the entire country and establishing record ticket numbers, proving the growing interest in technology.
After eight years in different regions of the world, by Friday night, 14,500 tickets had already been registered. Organizers reported that their expectations of 15,000 tickets requested will most likely be exceeded. In Thailand, last year, Devconnect Bangkok registered 13,000.
Devconnect Argentina welcomes more than 8,000 people from around the world to Buenos Aires, representing a total of 130 countries. With more than 300 events parallel to the main conference, the fair brings together a multicultural community, with 44.5% of participants being Argentinian and 55.47% coming from various parts of the world.
Devconnect Argentina opens its doors on Monday at 9 AM with an opening show, followed by Vitalik Buterni’s opening speech on Ethereum Day. For six days, Devconnect Buenos Aires will offer a diverse and collaborative program with activities open to all types of interests – a sign that blockchain continues to establish itself as a major technological revolution.
